I really enjoy talking about many things! I'm an open minded person so it's very easy for me to get enthusiastic about nearly everything. If I had to choose my favorite topics I would say they are mindfulness, art, travel, nutrition, exercise and I also like to talk about how people can change their lives for the better (if they are not happy with where they are or what they're doing).
I live my life as a nomad, this means I'm always traveling and visit many places. My partner and I have been to many places including Taiwan, New Zealand, Australia, Thailand, Malaysia, Finland, France, Spain, Italy and South Africa!
I'm also a comic book artist/animator.
Me as a Teacher
I have experience teaching in Schools, privately and online. I became a teacher in 2015 because I really wanted to do something that helps people improve their lives and also because I wanted to find a job that enabled me to travel. So teaching became the perfect option for me as it combines both of these things together!
I have taught in four language schools since becoming a teacher, one in the UK and two in Taiwan. I have always received excellent feedback from my superiors and peers.
My Lessons & Teaching Style
In my lessons I love to make them all about you, I use a very organic style of teaching to tailor the perfect lesson for you.
By organic I mean that I don't start by using text books but instead I talk to you about your interests and learning aims, at the same time I write notes about your English level and any mistakes made.
I then give you feedback based on the this and it enables me to create an effective learning plan especially for you!
When you book a trial lesson I will send you a placement test so I can assess your level before meeting you. During the trial we will do some activities based on this assessed level.
