With the growing amount of time we are being forced to spend at home and with minimal social interaction, boredom starts to set in. We feel a little 'stir crazy'. What are you doing to keep your brain active? Do you use online applications or games?
My two favourite games are Backgammon (a strategic board game that has a bit of luck thrown in) and Bananagrams (a word game with letter tiles). Crosswords are another good activity for mental agility.
Of course, we mustn't forget to keep the body mobile too. There are a multitude of online exercise programmes to keep the muscles strong and joints fluid.
